Full head
Highlights: Highlighting hair means isolating select strands in the hair and treating them with a haircolor or lightener to make them lighter than their base/natural color. Highlights can add dimension by contrasting with the rest of the hair and are created with foils, a cap or special combs or brushes used for “painting on” the color.
Lowlights: are created by using color with foils, caps, or painted on to darken specific pieces and create dimension. Generally low lights will be 2-3 levels darker than your basecolor and slightly warmer. This can be used for a more natural look or create accents within the hair.

Balayage highlights are painted throughout the hair to create tailored,  color. The root area is soft and there is more color focused towards the ends. The color can be merged together to create an ombre look or more tailored painting to create texture. Pricing will depend on your chosen look.

Salon Policies

Arrival
We ask that you arrive for your service at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and decrease the therapeutic effects for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next City Limits guest.
Cancellations and No Shows
We confirm appointments by phone/text 24-48 hours in advance to confirm services and appointment time. For scheduling purposes, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or appointment change. If a City Limits guest misses more than three scheduled appointments, without providing notice of cancellation, a prepay by credit card will be required for future appointments.
Cell Phones
We promise a relaxing atmosphere for all City Limits guests. We ask you to silence all cell phones and pagers once inside salon to observe the comfort of all guests. If you need to make an emergency phone call during your service, please
notify your technician or stylist immediately.
Pregnancy
We recommend our pregnant guests consult with a physician prior to receiving spa services and notify us at the time an appointment is made. This will enable our team to customize the service and provide the best possible treatment.
Redos/Adjustments
We want our City Limits guests to receive a “no compromise” experience. If any guest is dissatisfied with their service, we will adjust completely the original service. We will ask the guest’s original technician, stylist or artist to schedule the adjustment within one week of the original service.
