Salon Policies
Arrival
We ask that you arrive for your service at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and decrease the therapeutic effects for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next City Limits guest.
Cancellations and No Shows
We confirm appointments by phone/text 24-48 hours in advance to confirm services and appointment time.
Behind every chair is a stylist who works hard to build her career and give you amazing results. When there’s a no-show, it’s more than just an empty seat—it’s lost time and resources for our team.
To ensure our stylists can continue doing what they love, we’re implementing a mandatory card-on-file system and a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% fee. We value your business and your time, and we thank you for valuing ours in return!
•Late Arrivals•
If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to accommodate the full service. In some cases, your appointment may need to be modified (no blow dry).

We recommend our pregnant guests consult with a physician prior to receiving spa services and notify us at the time an appointment is made. This will enable our team to customize the service and provide the best possible treatment.

At City Limits, we are committed to delivering a true no-compromise experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, we will gladly adjust the original service to ensure it meets your expectations.
To provide the best continuity and results, your original technician, stylist, or artist will personally schedule and perform the adjustment within one week of your original appointment.
